What are your terms of packing?
Generally, we pack our goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons. If you have a legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
What are your terms of payment and delivery?
Payment: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We will show you photos of the products and packages. Delivery: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
How long is the typical delivery time?
Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Can you produce products according to samples?
Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We have the capability to build the molds and fixtures required for production.
What is your sample policy?
We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but customers are responsible for the sample cost and the courier charges.
Do you test your goods before delivery?
Yes, we perform a 100% test on all our goods before they are delivered to ensure top-tier quality and performance.
