About Solar Tile Roof Mounting Brackets

The ballast system is made of AL6005-T5 and is apply to flat cement solar roof mounting. It relies on the concrete pier base to against strong wind and heavy snow. There is no penetration on the roof, ensuring no worry about water leakage. The ballast system installation is easy and flexible which can be freely arranged according to the shape of the roof.

Necessary parts for the complete Solar Ballast Mounting System: rear leg, front leg, bottom profile, windshield, solar end clamp, solar middle clamp, etc.

Installation Method

  • Place the bottom profile on the ground.
  • Attach the rear leg and front leg to the bottom profile.
  • Install windshield to enhance the stability of the bracket. It can adapt to the large wind speed of the roof.
  • The solar panel is fixed to the Ballast Mounting System using solar end clamp and solar middle clamp.
  • According to the wind speed and snow load of the roof, the corresponding weight of the cements pier is placed on the bottom profile.
