Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Brackets accessories will be packed by cartons and wooden pallets; long rails will be packed by steel pallets.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you photos of goods after the products finished.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU/DAP, DDP etc.
Q4. How about the lead time?
A: Most brackets for solar roof mounting system has stock; if there is no stock, we need about 2 weeks to produce.
Q5. How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: "Quality is our culture", we have casual inspection on each procedure, and have QC when finished.
Q6. How long is the warranty of your products?
A: 5 years for single items/accessories; 10 years for mounting structures designed and provided by us.
