A: We are a direct manufacturer in China specializing in solar mounting systems. We provide multi-choice mounting solutions for roofs, grounds, and RVs.
Q2: What is the typical production lead time?
A: Samples typically take 1-2 days. Mass production generally requires 7–15 days, depending on the specific order quantity.
Q3: Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: We do not have an MOQ request for our standard products; 1pc for quality testing is available. For OEM/ODM items, a minimum quantity may be required due to raw material and technical reasons.
Q4: Can I request a free sample?
A: Existing samples from our showroom are free, though the customer covers the freight. For customized samples, a sample charge will apply. We welcome quality testing through our sample program.
Q5: How are the goods shipped and how long does it take?
A: Samples are shipped via DHL or FedEx and take 3-5 days. Bulk orders are generally shipped by sea, taking 15–30 days to arrive at your local port, depending on the distance.
Q6: What customization services do you provide?
A: We provide full OEM and ODM services, including customized logos, specific colors, and packaging solutions based on your requirements.
