Hot DIP Galvanized Ground Mounting Frame System:
GM3 is a HDG solar ground structure design developed for durability, made of fully hot-dip galvanized steel. The thickness of hot-dip galvanizing reaches 80μm, which meets the environmental conditions of most countries. The structural frame has continuous rows of holes, providing high installation fault tolerance and simplifying construction, which significantly reduces costs.
GM3 HDG solar mounting system usually uses ground screw foundations (1200mm to 2000mm height) to meet different geological conditions.
Step 1: Installing Ground Screws
The first step is to anchor the support structure to the ground using specialized drilling equipment. The screw depth depends on soil type to ensure stability.
Step 2: Install the Beam and Diagonal Support Pole
Connect the diagonal support pole to the top of the pole using bolts and nuts. Secure the main beam to the diagonal support.
Step 3: Installing Rails
Attach the rails that support the solar panels to the beam using brackets and bolts. Ensure the rails are perfectly level.
Step 4: Installing Solar Panels
Fasten solar panels to the rails securely. Connect them in series or parallel as required by the system design and manage the wiring.
