A: Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can provide 25um thickness upon request.
Q2: What colors are available for powder coating?
A: We can produce any color for powder coating as long as a color sample or RAL code is provided. Normal thickness is 60-80um.
Q3: How is the weather resistance for the wood grain finish?
A: Our wood grain finish (D1010) uses Akzo Nobel powder and Italian Menphis film. It complies with AAMA 2603 standards and includes a 10-year color guarantee for normal weather conditions.
Q4: What is the lead time for samples and mass production?
A: New molds and samples usually take 2-3 weeks. Mass production typically requires 3-4 weeks after deposit and order confirmation.
